If you plan on attending the offline, please make your hotel reservations. I only blocked 40 rooms. This way I will know if I need to block anymore rooms. You do not need to put down a desposit to book your rooms. But two weeks prior to the offline you need to secure your room with a deposit or credit card or you will lose your reservation.
Last year we sold out of rooms. So please get your reservations in early so if we need them to hold us more rooms they can. If you have any problems making your reservations, please contact Vicki Saling. She is the manager.
